Portrait and engagement session pricing includes locations within 30 driving miles of Pembroke, NH. Locations beyond this radius incur an additional travel fee based on distance and travel time. Parking, admission, and location permit fees may also apply. All additional expenses will be quoted before booking.
Wedding pricing assumes coverage within 30 driving miles of Pembroke, NH. Weddings outside this area and destination weddings receive a custom quote based on location, coverage, and travel requirements. Travel costs, including transportation, airfare, lodging, parking, and necessary travel days, are quoted and billed separately from your photography package.
Engagement sessions included in wedding bundles follow the same 30-mile travel policy.
A signed photography agreement and a booking retainer equal to 30% of the total quoted price are required to reserve your date. The retainer is applied toward your total balance. Dates remain available until both the agreement and retainer have been received.
Payment plans are available by arrangement. Your remaining balance may be divided into scheduled installments, with all payment amounts and due dates confirmed in your photography agreement. Wedding balances are due 30 days before the wedding. Portrait and engagement session balances are due seven days before the session.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and retainer terms are outlined in your photography agreement. Outdoor sessions affected by unsuitable weather may be rescheduled to a mutually available date.
Coverage beyond the booked hours, additional images, extensive retouching, prints, and albums are available at an additional cost. Requested additions will be priced and approved before work begins.
